Anger is a natural emotion that every person experience in their life. Some people may be angry because of some external factors, and some people can get angry even by small things.

Do not blame others

If you are angry on somebody then don’t go blaming them. You must realize that the person you are angry on has done nothing wrong and if you want to solve the issue, then you must take some steps like apologizing or giving some reasons why you are angry. Take time out

Doing something which makes you angry doesn’t mean that you are doing anything good. The thing that you should do is taking time out. Sometimes, we get angry on little things and in such cases it is necessary for us to take some time out. Talk to someone

Talking with your friends or family will help you to manage your anger. Talking with them will give you an opportunity to express your thoughts and you will find that it is much better than doing nothing. If you don’t have anyone to talk to then you can go and sit at a park or in a quiet place and talk about your anger. You will feel better after talking about your anger.


Take some action

Taking any action will help you to control your anger. If you are angry on somebody, then you must go and apologize to them. You can even give a gift to them if they are your friend. Doing something for someone who has done nothing wrong will make you feel better.
